Do you remember, when you were little, playing a mind game - either by yourself or with your best friend - called "What Would I do If I Had a Million Dollars?"  It was a wonderful game, filled with child-like imagination and a total belief that you were a limitless being. The level of Trust that you had in God at that time was infinite because mostly as a child, your life experience revealed that you asked for what you wanted and you received it.  You took all that you wanted from Infinite Supply and you gave back without reservation - knowing that more good awaited you every day.

As your life went on, however, you may have developed doubts about your personal God connection and those doubts are now blocking God's consistent, abundant flow of good into your life. Those doubts may also cause you to become a "cautious giver" and since giving and receiving are part of the same cycle - if you wish to receive freely and abundantly from the Universe again, you must also be willing to give back without fear again.

Now - that you are both a Child of God and an "Adult of God", and dedicated to your Spiritual Awakening process - we are suggesting that you play a slightly different imaginary game - an expansion of "What would I do if I had a Million Dollars?" called - "Where would I give my Tithe if I had $1,000,000?"  Your Tithe, traditionally one tenth of all the money you receive from God as Source through any human channel,  is wisely given to the place or places where you receive your own Spiritual Enlightenment.  To learn more about the history of Tithing, what it is and how it came to be a common practice, you might want to click here to read about Tithes, Gifts and Love Offerings.

Practice, Practice, Practice

Ten percent of $1,000,000 is $100,000.  So to play this game, first picture yourself writing a check, to God, for $100,000.  What are you feeling?  Are you exhilarated and grateful, or is your hand a little shaky about giving away that much money?  Remember, it is all God's money - all of it - and you are simply putting 10% of it back into circulation to do God's work - so GO FOR IT!  After the first time or two, writing your Tithe check to the channel or channels from which you receive your Spiritual Upliftment produces the best feeling you can have about money- ever!

If you attend church regularly, you will want to give most of your Tithe to your church home.  It is the place from which you receive most of your Spiritual Enlightenment.  But if you don't regularly attend church or if you also receive Spiritual Enlightenment from other teachers, authors, web sites, etc., it is perfectly acceptable for you to use part of your Tithe to acknowledge the Spiritual Food that you receive from them, as well.

Start Right Now

With $100,000 in mind, (because your imaginative subconscious mind doesn't recognize the difference between really spending $100,000 or pretending to spend $100,000), start making your list right now of those Spiritual channels that will receive your Tithe.  Shift the amounts of money you plan to give to various channels of your Spiritual Enlightenment, until you are satisfied with the expenditure of your total $100,000.  When you are through with your allotments, stop and give thanks for your real life blessings.  The path to greater prosperity always begins with giving thanks for what you have right now.

You Can Do Better!

There are no limits to the amount of money you can attract into your life by 1) Tithing to the Channel or Channels of Your Spiritual Food.  2) Giving thanks for what you already have and 3) focusing your mind (even if you have to play games to do it) on what you want instead of what you don't want.  When you focus on what you want, instead of what you don't want, you are exercising the Law of Mind Action.  Your imaginary Tithe and gift lists are signaling the Universe that you are ready to receive more money and a to fulfill a larger purpose in your life.  You are now ready to serve as a channel to support God's work. 

Play this game often and you will pave the way to becoming a real life MILLIONAIRE!
