Simply by being allowed to tell your story in your own words, without interruption, you will begin to feel greater comfort and relief and in the process, you will remember that you truly are are intimately connected with all of the power of the Universe.

How Does Spiritual Coaching Work?

After you have had an opportunity to define the challenge you are facing - Reverend Lauren will offer gentle suggestions to help you identify the most important issues in your own mind and work with you through some possible solutions - solutions that you find yourself able to discover right in your own heart.  She will not ever attempt to "fix" your problem for you. Rather she will encourage you and guide you to reach inside yourself, to your own Internal Guidance system, to affect your own solutions.

What Is My Internal Guidance System?

You are never truly separated from God. God is always with you whether you are conscious of God's Presence or not. Just as our planet is never cut off from the light and warmth of the sun - even though a thick cloud cover may cover the sun - we are consistently fed by the sun’s light and warmth.  And in the same way, God is nurturing you even when God is not on your mind – always holding the space of Divine Love for you – always seeing you exactly as you were Created.

God always sees you living an abundant life. In God's eyes, your body temple is always filled with health and energy. Harmony is the natural state of all of your relationships as God sees them. Those sustaining conditions, whole and well, comprise your Inner Reality. By turning your attention away from the "external" circumstances of your life experience and focusing on Spirit as your Internal Guidance System; you remember what it is you want your life to be like and begin moving forward in that direction.

Spiritual Coaching will help you to establish an awareness of the Presence of God in your life all of the time. Once you internalize the realization of the Presence of God in you, you can turn to God for the answers you need anytime, anywhere, and in any circumstance. However, life is evolving and new challenges may appear that cause you to temporarily forget to check with your Internal Guidance System. You are welcome to come back if you feel the need to be reminded of how much God Loves You.

How Many Times May I Receive Spiritual Coaching?

One or two Spiritual Coaching sessions are generally all you need to help you remember how close you already are to your own Internal Guidance System - and you may always call us anytime for prayer support in helping you remember how to turn to God, the Source of all of your good.

Is my Spiritual Coach Bound to Keep my Confidence?

Reverend Lauren is guided by a Code of Ethics (internal and external) that requires total and absolute confidence between you and her. The only exception occurs if you tell her something about which she is required by the State of Florida (or your state) to report to Law Enforcement.  If you appear to be about to reveal that kind of information and Reverend Lauren recognizes it - she will tell you that you are introducing a subject about which he or she may not be able to keep your confidence.

Is There a Charge for Spiritual Coaching?
